Aotearoa New Zealand National Day

The official Expo 2020 National Day celebration of Aotearoa New Zealand will be held on Monday 31 January 2022.

All events listed are open to the public and free to enter with your Expo 2020 ticket, unless otherwise stated.

    New Zealand’s top street artists will come together exclusively for Expo 2020 Dubai to showcase the country's street art culture. The vibrations and energy will be electric as the artists complete their piece over five days to the sounds of DJ Sir-Vere. Timings: 10:00am - 2:00pm & 5:00pm - 7:00pm

    Al Wasl Plaza - Expo 2020 Dubai
    View the official National Day ceremony hosted by Expo 2020 Dubai and attended by delegations from New Zealand and the United Arab Emirates. The ceremony, held at Al Wasl Plaza, the jewel of Expo 2020, will include the flag raising and speeches and unique cultural performances.

    Dubai Millennium Amphitheatre - Expo 2020
    Aotearoa New Zealand’s beloved musical trio of classically trained opera singers of Samoan heritage will perform a mix of contemporary hits and well-known classics. At Expo 2020, Sol3 Mio’s Moses MacKay will be joined by Ludwig Treviranus.
