Expo 2020 Dubai will now open its doors to the world from 1 October 2021 to 31 March 2022.

 

World Expos are global celebrations of creativity, innovation, humanity and world cultures.

 

Expo 2020 Dubai will bring together nations and visitors from across the world to showcase new ways of connecting and thinking with each other in a post-pandemic world.

 

The mega-event will run over six months and is an opportunity to promote New Zealand to an international audience, while celebrating our values, innovation and creativity under the theme Care for People and Place.

New Zealand Trade & Enterprise is running a series of activities to help New Zealand exporters gain value from Expo 2020 Dubai. The United Arab Emirates is New Zealand’s 10th largest trading partner; and is also a crucial global trade hub and a gateway for NZ goods and people to South Asia, Africa, the Middle East and much of Europe.  

  

NZTE’s Expo Business Leverage programme will help New Zealand businesses connect with important global business networks throughout Expo 2020 Dubai, while also working to improve understandings of key Middle East markets.
